About

Abbas Reza, Principal Consultant

I founded 110 Consultants in 2023 to give mid-market companies the kind of ERP and IT leadership that usually comes with a much bigger budget. Before that I ran IT for a multi-site distributor, owning infrastructure, ERP, telecom, cybersecurity, vendors and the IT budget, and led its move from Dynamics GP to Acumatica.

My background started in development and consulting: eight years delivering Dynamics GP and Sage projects at an ERP reseller, then database development, business analysis and enterprise systems work. I still write SQL and build reports, which means I can set the strategy and also do the work.

I'm based in Marysville, Washington, and work remotely with clients across the US. The name says how I approach every engagement.

FAQ

Common questions

What is a fractional CIO?

A fractional CIO is a part-time chief information officer. You get an experienced technology executive to own IT strategy, budget, vendors and security for a set number of days each month, without the cost of a full-time hire.

Do you work alongside our existing Acumatica partner?

Yes. Many clients keep their Acumatica partner for licensing and major projects, and bring in 110 Consultants for hands-on help with reporting, process fixes, integrations and day-to-day administration.

Can you help us move off Microsoft Dynamics GP?

Yes. We plan and lead Dynamics GP to Acumatica and Dynamics GP to Business Central migrations, including migration strategy, data conversion, process redesign and user training.

How is Acumatica consulting billed?

Most Acumatica work is billed hourly from a block of hours. Fractional CIO work is a monthly retainer, and defined projects such as health checks or GP migrations can be scoped at a fixed price.

Do you only work with companies in Seattle?

No. We work remotely with companies across the United States, and offer on-site support in the Seattle and Puget Sound area.

What size companies do you work with?

Mostly mid-market manufacturers, distributors and multi-entity organizations, including private-equity-backed companies that are integrating acquisitions.
